The Ontario government requires that you provide your proof of vaccination, your active medical exemption or your participation in a Health Canada approved COVID-19 covid 19 vaccine trial, along with your valid ID to access some businesses and settings.

Your proof of vaccination is your enhanced vaccine certificate with an official QR code, sometimes called a vaccine record.
