Requesting the Initial Petty Cash Amoujnt

Use the Concur invoice module for the initial petty cash request ONLY.  After the initial petty cash request, petty cash top-ups will be via the Concur expense module.

For the Initial Petty Cash Request:

Step 1  Complete the Petty Cash Request Form

Complete the Petty Cash Request Form and have it signed by your Project Director.  For Project Directors, please have the form signed by a Steering Committee member.

Step 2  Submit the Petty Cash Request Form via Concur

Submit the Petty Cash Request Form using the Concur invoice module

Vendor = person responsible for the petty cash management

Account = “14600  Petty Cash”

Proceed to Step 3 below when you are ready to submit expenses against the existing Petty Cash balance.
