3. Managing and Qualifying prospects - a) View prospect cases in Salesforce
All potential revenue opportunities for Tides Canada Foundation that have been identified should be recorded in Salesforce. Observe the following process for ensuring prospective funding opportunities are appropriately identified and recorded in Salesforce.
a) View prospect cases in Salesforce
Whenever a prospect idea is submitted to [email protected] a new case record in Salesforce is automatically created. These cases are distinguished by having the “Development Prospect” record type. Current open Development cases can be viewed by:
- Click on the Cases tab in the Salesforce menu.
- Choose the “Open Development Cases” list view from the picklist and press OK
