Creating a "Request for Payment" Document

Create a Request for Payment document for a Salesforce Opportunity Payment

  1. Open Manual Invoice Tracking list in the “Track” Tab to open a new invoice number
  2. Remember the invoice number and go to another project or TCF tab to find the invoice template
  3. Enter the invoice number and other information as per the invoice request
  4. Save invoice as PDF
  5. In Salesforce, find or create an opportunity. Stage=confirmed.
  6. Put the invoice number in Payment Record
    1. Save the invoice PDF file in the opportunity’s box.
