Grants to Eligible Recipients

Advisors can access current Grants and Create new Grants from the Grants tab

New Grants can be given to Eligible Recipients 

Eligible Recipients can be reviewed under the Eligible Recipients tab 

  1. Click Eligible Recipients
  2. Select a View and Click Go
  3. Click on the Eligible Recipient Name
  1. You can make a New Grant using the New Grant button 
  2. Be sure to make note of the Eligible Recipient Name 
  3. You will need to provide this name to create a New Grant

Eligible Recipients are defined internally in Salesforce on the Fund Record by Tides Canada. 

Any Recipient identified as Eligible become an eligible recipient for all Fund Advisors

Navigate the Fund in Salesforce and use the Eligible Recipient Related list to add a New Eligible Recipient

  1. Enter the Eligible Recipient Name
  2. Enter the Organization using the Organization Lookup Field 
  3. Enter the Fund using the Fund Lookup Field
