Make a Fund available to Community Advisor
Navigate to the Advisor Funds Tab to review Funds associated to your Advisor Account
- Fund Details
- Fund Balances
- Closure Status
- Payment Allocations
Funds need to be configured with Sharing Setting on the Fund in Salesforce to be accessible on the Portal to Advisors
Navigate to the Fund that needs to be exposed to the Advisor on the portal and click the Sharing Button

- Set Search to Customer Portal Users
- Select the Advisor from the Available list
- Use the add button to add the Advisor
- Set the Access Level to Read/Write
- Click Save

Customer Portal Users Sharing with Read Write makes the Fund available to the Advisor on the Portal
