Ask Planned Stage
- Look at the application guidelines or funder stream. If the application deadline has passed, we can safely assume that the project is not submitting. Change to Not Submitted.
- Look at any correspondence or draft applications you have. If there’s indication that the project was applying for a grant for 2021 camps and it's now 2022, we can assume that the funding was not successful. Change to Not Submitted.
- If the project has closed or is closing, change to Not Submitted.
LOI or Proposal Submitted Stage
- Look at the application for start and end dates, timelines, etc. If it’s for something in the past, change to No Response Received.
- Look at the funder website. Did they announce the grant recipients, etc? If so, we can assume we weren’t successful. Change to No Response Received.
- Look at the project’s current oppys. Did they apply to the same funder again later for the same stream/purpose? If so, we can assume that the initial proposal was not successful. Change to No Response Received.
