Relevant Chapters and Articles
When MakeWay first started using Screensteps, a previous staff member began creating chapters and articles on all MakeWay processes, systems, applications, etc. Many of these chapters are out-of-date or incomplete. Rather than deleting these chapters and articles and starting over, the CST Processes chapter was created, which is being populated with up-to-date processes and resources on all the processes relevant specifically to the CST team. The objective is to create these articles in such a way that they apply to both the Foundation Coordinator (role to be filled) and the Shared Platform Coordinator roles. In cases where articles or steps within an article do not apply to both roles, it has been clearly labelled.

Relevant Chapters and Articles
Even though the Operations Manual is intended for project use, it is a great resource for Shared Platform support staff (project specialists, project coordinators, finance leads, etc.) to learn about roles and responsibilities and supports we provide to projects.
