Set Up Click & Pledge Donation Pages
In order to create a C&P donation page, there are three main steps
- Create the donation page first
- Create thank you confirmation email templates for single and recurring gifts
- Link the thank you email templates to the donation page
- Select Click & Pledge Payment-as-service on the top right corner
- Go to Donation Pages
- Right click and open a new window of a Donation Page Name of one of the fund/project page you want to create
- Click Clone and fill in the information similar to other pages
- The Fund field determines the coding that the donation will use
- The Processing Account determines which bank account the donation will go to
- SKU will be later used to link the email templates
- Click New Donation Page Question to create questions. You can use another page to copy and paste the fields
- Go to C&P Designer
- Templates with single gift are named in this format, ThankYou_Project Name; recurring gift are ThankYou_ProjectName_recurring
- Click a single gift template for a fund/project and clone
- Repeat the same step by cloning a recurring gift template
- Go to C&P Settings
- Click Autoresponder on the grey menu
- Click one of the single responder template of a fund/project and clone
- Rename the values for the highlighted fields and make sure the C&P Account Number is select the right organization unit:

- Scroll down and enter the SKU that you used for the donation page and save

- Repeat the same steps for Recurring Template.
