Edit a Fund's Acknowledgment Purpose
The Acknowledgment Purpose and Acknowledgment Purpose Cont are merge field that pull in to thank you letter template.
- Search the Parent Fund you want to update
- Update the merge fields

- Click Save. Any new Payment records you created under the fund and its child funds will use the updated fields. However,non-paid existing payment records won’t have the fields automatically updated. You will need to use this report to find any non-paid payments of the fund and update the fields.
- Go to Receipt Settings to make sure they will grammatically fit into the template.
