There are three statuses concerned with Fund closing actions:

• "Closed to Donations" means that Grant Withdrawals can still be made from the Fund, but incoming money is no longer allowed.
• "Inactive" means that, although the Fund still exists, it should no longer be used for transactions.
• "Closed" is the final stage.

The "Closure" section of the Fund detail page contains some editable fields meant to track milestones of progress in closing the Fund. These fields are informative only, and no automation exists to take action on this data.

• To change the status of a fund, simply choose a different value from the "Status" picklist.

Once the status has changed, the related Designation record in NetSuite is automatically updated so that the "Salesforce Status" field there is the same as the value in Salesforce.
