Grant Report Templates

If you require a written report, please generate a Grant Report Template. This template (as a Word doc) is usually sent to the grantee at the same time as the Grant Agreement.

  1. Navigate to the MakeWay Reporting Templates folder in Box.
  2. Select the appropriate Reporting Template (note that there is one specific for NQD Grants) and download to your computer.
  3. Open the template and complete any required information, leaving the contact name/title or project contact fields blank for the grantee to complete. Example:
  1. Save the report to your computer using the naming convention [Grant #] Reporting Template (you can add “Interim” or “Final” to the name too).
  2. Upload the template as a Word document to the Grant Report object’s Box folder.
